Sehubungan dengan akan dimulainya program Diklat Prajabatan OJT Angkatan 42 bagi peserta Rekrutmen Direct Shopping PT PLN (Persero) yang telah dinyatakan lulus tanggal 25 Juli 2014, maka dengan ini disampaikan hal-hal sebagai berikut : 1. Peserta agar menyiapkan berkas – berkas yang wajib dibawa pada saat penjelasan mengenai diklat prajabatan, yaitu : a) Kartu Peserta Tes; b) Foto copy KTP sebanyak 2 (dua) lembar dan menunjukkan KTP asli yang masih berlaku; c) Copy Ijazah SD, SMP, SMA; d) Copy Kartu Keluarga; e) Pas photo berwarna terbaru, ukuran 4 X 6 sebanyak 2 (dua) lembar. 2. Jadwal penjelasan kegiatan diklat pra jabatan dan penandatangan kontrak perjanjian OJT angkatan 42 adalah sebagai berikut : Hari/Tanggal : Jumat / 15 Agustus 2014 Waktu : 09.00 – selesai Tempat : Lantai 7, Ruang Borobudur PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jateng & DIY Jln. Teuku Umar 47 Semarang 3. Peserta yang tidak hadir dan tidak ada konfirmasi pada saat acara penjelasan kegiatan diklat Prajabatan dan penandatanganan kontrak perjanjian OJT angkatan 42 dinyatakan gugur sebagai calon Pegawai PT PLN (Persero); PANGGILAN PENJELASAN KONTRAK SEMARANG Berikut adalah matakuliah yang akan dibuka pada semester pendek 2014

PANGGILAN WAWANCARA (LULUS TES LAB DAN PENUNJANG)
REKRUTMEN DIRECT SHOPPING LOKASI : SEMARANG TINGKAT S1/D4/D3 TAHUN 2014 1. Wawancara akan dilaksanakan pada : Hari / Tanggal : Rabu, Kamis & Jumat; 16, 17 & 18 Juli 2014 Waktu : Sesuai Jadwal Terlampir Tempat : Ruang Sidang 1 & 2 dan Ruang Seminar 1 & 2 Lantai 3 Gedung A Teknik Elektro Universitas Diponegoro Jalan Prof H Sudharto Tembalang Semarang 2. Peserta wajib hadir 30 menit sebelum jadwal yang ditentukan, panitia rekrutmen tidak melayani peserta yang hadir di luar jadwal yang telah ditentukan; 3. Membawa KTP/kartu identitas yang berlaku dan kartu tes; 4. Peserta berpakaian sopan dan rapi, tidak mengenakan jeans, t-shirt atau sandal / sepatu sandal; 5. Peserta membawa alat tulis : pensil 2B, HB, ballpoint, penghapus, tip-ex; 6. Peserta membawa meterai Rp 6.000,- 1 lembar; 7. Setiap pengumuman panggilan hanya diumumkan oleh FT UNDIP. Peserta agar berhati-hati terhadap segala usaha dan bentuk penipuan yang mengatas namakan rekrutmen PLN. PLN tidak memungut biaya terhadap proses seleksi; 8. Bagi peserta yang belum melengkapi syarat administrasi yang dipersyaratkan di awal pendaftaran berupa : a. Surat Lamaran yang ditujukan kepada PT PLN (Persero) c.q. Kepala Divisi Pengembangan SDM dan Talenta; b. Riwayat Hidup (CV); c. Copy akte kelahiran; d. Copy Ijasah/Surat Keterangan Lulus yang dilegalisasi; e. Copy transkrip nilai terakhir yang dilegalisasi; f. Copy KTP; g. Pasfoto berwarna terbaru ukuran 3×4 sebanyak 2 lembar (nama peserta ditulis di belakang foto); h. Bagi Pelamar dari lulusan program Lintas Jalur (D3 yang meneruskan D4/S1), wajib melampirkan : i. Transkrip nilai D3 yang dilegalisasi ii. Ijazah D3 yang dilegalisasi Mohon dapat menyerahkan berkas-berkas tersebut pada saat wawancara. The Food Diary page is where you record the food you consume. As you make entries in the Food Diary, Figwee tracks your nutrition information and displays a running account of how many calories you have left to meet your goals. The Food Diary determines "calories in".Note how the Figwee Food Diary uses photographs to show you exactly what you have eaten during the day. The photographs match the portions you ate. If you ate five slices of bacon, five slices of bacon are shown in the diary view. If you ate 2 slices, 2 slices are shown. The photos help in unexpected ways too...don't see enough color, maybe you need more fruits and veggies.
PortionRight - Photographic Portion Estimator
The Figwee PortionRight system is the reason "Figwee" is fast becoming synonymous with portion control. The PortionRight dialog features two slider controls, one on the left of the food photo and one to the right. The left hand portion slider displays a scale in grams, while the right portion slider displays a scale in ounces. To set the portion for a food, you just click and drag the blue slider button. As you drag the slider, the food photo will automatically change to reflect the selected portion, release the slider button when you "see" the portion you ate. No more guessing.Changing the Photo Angle
Figwee provides two photo angles to choose from when using PortionRight: a top view and a side view. The top view is essentially what you would see if you were sitting at the table, and is best at showing how much area the food covers on a plate or bowl. With the side view, you are looking edge on, and this perspective allows you to determine the height of the food; especially great for beverages.
How many photos does Figwee have?
At last count, Figwee has almost 30,000 food portion photographs, with more being added all the time.
Visual Search
The Figwee search facility provides a unique visual way of finding things in the Figwee database of foods, activities, and result trackers. In Figwee, even search is photographic. You type a few letters, and Figwee returns pictures of matching items. Type some more, and the number of photos returned is narrowed.Dynamic Nutrition Facts
The Figwee Nutrition Facts shows aggregate nutrition information for all of the food entered in the food diary for the current day. It is similar to labels you see on food packaging, but represents the total nutrition for all of the entries in the day.The Nutrition Facts display shows total values for calories, calories from fat, total fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrates, dietary fiber, sugars, and protein. As food entries are added or removed from the Food Diary, the Nutrition Facts totals are updated automatically.
Set Your Personal Goals
Figwee will display the number of calories you have remaining for the day under the Nutrition Facts information. The value displayed is your target calories minus the number of calories you have consumed (entered into the Food Diary). There are two ways your target calories can be established as determined by your Settings:First, you can set an explicit constant number of calories as your goal, for example, 2000. If you do this, the calories remaining value will simply be your fixed number of calories minus the calories consumed. There is no adjustment made for exercise or activity.
The other means of establishing the target number of calories is to let Figwee dynamically calculate it for you based on your activity entries. If on the Settings page you specify a weekly weight loss of a particular amount, say one pound, then Figwee will adjust your target number of calories based on an estimation of calories burned by adding up your activity entries for the day. In this way, you can "earn" the right to consume more calories by increasing your physical activity while still meeting your weight loss goals.
You can also configure Figwee to track net carbs instead of calories. Figwee is a tool that can be applied to a number of fitness strategies. Do what works for you.
My Foods - Quick Access to Your Favorites
The Food Diary, Activity Log, and Results Log all feature a "My" List on the left side of their respective pages. The purpose of the "My" lists are to make frequently used items readily available. The My lists also allow for the customization of items, so that your preferences for settings such as portion size can be remembered and automatically used the next time you add that item to a diary view.With My Foods, you can rename any food item, you can edit the calories or nutrient values, and you can add brand new items to the database yourself, even reusing our photos if you like. You can also categorize and sort My Foods to make things easy for you to find. No other system provides this level of customization, or a better ease of use. When you search the Figwee database, your customized foods are included right along side Figwee built in foods. Tracking calories just doesn't get any easier than this.
Activity Log
The Activity Log is where you record the activities and exercise you do throughout the day. This is where "calories out" is determined. The Activity Log is also photographic. You search for activities and exercises visually, select your intensity, and record the number of minutes. Figwee uses this information to create an accurate estimate of your actual calories burned.
Unique way Figwee calculates calories burned...
If you don't tell it otherwise, Figwee assumes you are completely
sedentary. That's 24 hours of 60 minutes each of basically either
sleeping, or lying on the couch. For every minute you account for in
the Activity Log, a minute is subtracted from this sedentary default.
If you enter an hour of elliptical in the activity log, then Figwee
will assume 23 hours of doing nothing (e.g. about 1 MET), and 1 hour
at 7 METs.
When you look at an activity entry you see both "calories burned" and "calories earned"; the difference between these two numbers is what you would have burned had you remained inactive.
Figwee encourages you to be more active, so that you earn more calories. This is the best system ever for accounting for calories burned. Most calorie counters ask general questions about your lifestyle and take an average guess about what you will burn. Figwee allows you to track calories burned more completely, on a daily basis, according to what you actually do.

Pengukuran Kelincahan
Kelincahan diartikan sebagai kemampuan bergerak ke segala arah dengan mudah dan cepat. Untuk mengukur kelincahan seseorang, maka tes agility yang cocok untuk digunakan. Orang yang mempunyai kelincahan tinggi memungkinkan orang itu bergerak ke segala arah degnan cepat dan mudah.
Beberapa contoh tes kelincahan, antara lain:

Squat thurst
Tujuannya untuk mengukur kecepatan mengubah posisi tubuh. Tes ini diperuntukkan anak laki-laki dan perempuan usia 10 tahun ke atas.
Dodging run
Tujuannya mengukur kemampuan mengubah arah dalam keadaan berlari. Tes ini untuk anak laki-laki dan perempuan usia 10 tahun hingga mahasiswa.
Right boomeray run
Tujuannya mengukur kemampuan mengubah arah dalam keadaan berlari. Tes ini untuk anak laki-laki dan perempuan usia 10 tahun hingga mahasiswa.
Pengukuran Kekuatan
Untuk mengukur kekuatan dapat digunakan berbagai macam instrumen, tergantung pada bagian-bagian otot tubuh yang akan diukur.
Beberapa macam instrumen untuk mengukur kekuatan sebagai berikut:
Back and leg dynamometer
Alat ini digunakan untuk mengukur kekuatan otot punggung dan tungkai.
Manometer
Alat ini dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kekuatan mendorong dan menarik dari otot-otot bagian bahu.
Tensiometer
Tensiometer dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kekuatan pegangan tangan kiri dan tangan kanan. Dalam pengukuran kekuatan dapat dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu pengukuran yang berdasarkan kontraksi isotonik, dimana kontraksi ini lebih menekankan pengukuran daya tahan lokal (pull up, sit up, dips, squat jump). Sedangkan kontraksi isometrik akan menggambarkan kekuatan ‘murni’ dari otot-otot yang bersangkutan.
Pengukuran Daya Tahan
Daya tahan ternyata jauh lebih kompleks dari kekuatan, bahkan faktor kekuatan itu sendiri ada keterlibatannya dengan daya tahan otot lokal, seperti yang dibutuhkan oleh pendayung jarak pendek atau pemain tennis yang membutuhkan gerakan servis dan smas yang berulang kali selama lima set.
Latihan beban dengan repetition yang banyak akan menambahkan peningkatan daya tahan yang terjadi akibat pertambahan ukuran otot.
Untuk mengukur daya tahan lokal (muscular endurance) dikenal beberapa tes:
Chin up
Tujuannya mengukur daya tahan otot lokal bagian lengan dengan gelang bahu dengan gerakan mengangkat badan ke atas. Tes ini hanya berlaku bagi anak laki-laki usia 10 tahun sampai mahasiswa.
Fixed arm hang
Tujuannya mengukur daya tahan lengan dan gelang bahu dalam posisi kedua lengan flexi menggantung.
Sit up
Tujuannya mengukur daya tahan otot perut, ini berlaku bagi laki-laki dan perempuan usia 10 tahun sampai tingkat mahasiswa.
Squat jump
Tujuannya mengukur daya tahan lokal otot-otot tungkai.
Push up
Tujuannya mengukur daya tahan lokal lengan-lengan dan gelang bahu.
Pengukuran Kecepatan
Kecepatan gerakan dan kecepatan reaksi pemain sering dianggap sebagai ciri-ciri atlet berprestasi, yang jelas nampak dalam cabang olahraga yang membutuhkan mobilitas gerak yang lebih tinggi. Seperti kecepatan lari seorang pemain sepak bola mengejar atau menggiring bola, kecepatan pemain softball berlari dari satu base ke base berikutnya.
Kecepatan umumnya diukur dengan lari menempuh jarak pendek. Jarak yang melebihi 100 yard biasanya tidak dianjurkan karena tercemar oleh faktor daya tahan. Lari lurus minimal berjarak 30 – 100 yard yang sering digunakan.
Pengukuran Kelentukan
Pengukuran kelentukan berkenaan dengan gerakan flexi dan ekstensi. Oleh karena itu, kelentukan berpangkal pada luas gerak bagian tubuh di sekitar persendian tertentu.
Beberapa teknik mengukur kelentukan yang tergolong valid:
The modified sit dan reach test
Tujuannya untuk mengukur flexi dari pantat atau pinggul dan punggung juga elastisitas otot hamstring.
Bridge up
Bertujuan mengukur ekstensi spine.
Shoulder elevation
Bertujuan mengukur kemampuan ruang gerak bahu.
Side splits
Bertujuan mengukur ekstensi tungkai bagian bawah ke arah belakang ke samping.
Trunk extension
Bertujuan mengukur kemampuan tubuh berekstensi ke arah belakang.
